The Record Rack is a vinyl-focused music store offering new and used records, turntables, accessories, and a welcoming space for music lovers to explore their next favorite album.

Where are you located?

Right now, on the internet.  We have plans in place for a retail location, stay tuned!

What are your store hours?

Being an online store, we're open 24 hrs. a day.  

Vinyl & Product Questions

Do you sell both new and used records?

Yes! We carry new pressings, reissues, indie releases, and an ever-changing selection of used vinyl, all carefully graded for quality.

How do you grade used records?

We follow a standard industry grading scale (Mint, Near Mint, VG+, VG, etc.). Each used record is inspected visually, cleaned, and test played.

Do you buy or trade vinyl?

At the moment, no.  But once we have a retail location, you'll be able to bring in your collection, and our staff will evaluate it. We plan to offer cash or store credit, depending on condition and demand.

Do you carry turntables and audio equipment?

Absolutely! We stock turntables, cartridges, needles, speakers, cleaning kits, sleeves, and more — from beginner-friendly to audiophile-level.

Orders & Shipping

Do you ship records?

Yes. We package all orders securely with reinforced cardboard mailers to protect your vinyl during transit.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times vary by location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Do you offer local pickup?

Not at the moment.

What is your return policy?

• New and used vinyl: Returnable in original condition and packaging within 14 days.  See our return policy.

• Equipment: Must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days.
